1. Return Complaints
All return complaints must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
If you fail to contact us within this timeframe, we cannot accept the return.

2. Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for eligible products from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags.
- Items must not have been washed or altered in any way.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or customized products
- Final sale items
5. How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
- Once we receive your item, we will process your exchange or refund promptly.
