All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Karachi: 1-2 business days
- Other Cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 4-6 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier service or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can track your parcel.
5. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Nivra is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will help you track and resolve any shipping issues.
